When someone sues for libel, the plaintiff must prove that:
A) negative information was maliciously and intentionally spread for the purpose of offending the plaintiff.
B) incorrect information or lies have caused damage.
C) the information was published in a well-read journal and was completely incorrect.
D) the offender has lied.
