h = 1/2*g*t^2 where h = height, g = 10m/s^2, t = time to reach ground
find t solving the equation, then use the time in the following equation:
s = vt, where s = range/distance traveled, v = velocity, t = time

use h=1/2   at^2

where h= 35 meters
a=gravity acceleration 9.8 m/s2
t= time it takes to reach the bottom

then use that time and multiply it by 310 m/s to find the horizontal displacement (range)
