c. oocyte, also known as an egg cell.

nerve cells don't reproduce at all, and myocytes (muscle cells) and skin cells reproduce by mitosis, not meiosis.

An oocyte is pretty much an egg cell that has not developed into a mature ovum(egg) yet. So, since meiosis only occurs in gametic(sex) cells, then that means (c) is the only possible answer.
