How would you quickly determine whether a cleaning agent contained sodium
carbonate or sodium phosphate? Clearly, hitting the agent with acid will result in bubbles only
with sodium carbonate. Na2CO3(s) + 2H (aq) ¸ H2O + CO2(g) + Na (aq)

OK.  You've answered your own question.  Sodium carbonate and an acid will generate CO2 gas, and it will be visible as bubbles.  With Na3PO4, no bubbles.

Your equation is a bit sketchy.
Na2CO3(s) + HCl(aq) Rightwards Arrow NaCl(aq) + CO2(g) + H2O(l)
net ionic:
Na2CO3(s) + H+ Rightwards Arrow Na+ + CO2(g) + H2O(l)
