Can someone explain the dopamine transport system and how it transfers DA in and out of the nucleus?

I don't think that I will be helpful (since you've probably searched for the answer) but in wikipedia in the "mechanism" paragraph there is a satisfying explanation. The only problem is that it mentions that the dopamine is transferred from the synaptic cleft (synapse) into the cytosol, and not in the nucleus...

It happened to me several times. If it happens I usually click "back" on by browser, and it takes me back to the "post reply" page, and the answer is still there. So I either copy/paste or click post again.
