It usually helps to first run through the labs seperately from answering the questions. I generally went to the My A&P site and ran the PhysioEx while recording my lab results and saving them on my desktop. Then when I ran through the Mastering A&P graded lab work, I simply used my saved lab material to help me answer the questions.

It is a lot easier to answer the questions when you have already done the lab work than trying to answer the questions while doing the lab work.
