All night sights are made with fibre optics?

Is it all of the night sights of guns (handguns normally) made of fibre optics? Or fibre optics are just for some modern types?

'Night sights' covers any sighting setup that illuminates or is easily seen in low to no light. Fiber optics are just a form of night sights, they gather and transmit light through the length of the fiber optic rod. Tritium is another, but it uses a gas to illuminate. Theres also a paint like substance that charges from direct light to glow in the dark.
