temperature, pH, radiation.
temp increases their rate of reaction up until it is too hot and they denature.
pH allows them to work, if the pH is wrong they cant react.
radiation not sure , it just kills them!!

1. temperature - when the temp gets too high, enzymes denature
2. pH value - when pH value's change, the charges at the binding sites of enzymes also change. So, it cant bind to its substrate
3. enzyme concentration - enzyme concentration increases, enzyme activity also increase until substrate concentration becomes a limiting factor.
4. substrate concentration - as substrate conc. increases, enzyme activity also increases until enzyme conc becomes a limiting factor.

that's all i know of =)
