-T can be used to represent the dominant trait, tall
-t can be used to represent the recessive trait, short

-A heterozygous tall plant can be represented as Tt
-A homozygous recessive short plant can be represented as tt

Therefore, your cross is as follows:
(Tt) x (tt)

Phenotype: 50% of the plants will be tall, and 50% of the plants will be short

Genotype: 50% of the plants will be heterozygous (Tt), and 50% of the plants will be homozygous recessive (tt)

Therefore, the results of the punnet square are: Tt, Tt, tt, tt

I hope this helps!
