It is called the mole ratio , the definition of of mole ratio is:
The ratio of the moles of one reactant or product to the moles of another reactant of product in the balanced equation for a chemical reaction.

Or, you could say the ratios are "stoichiometric", as in, "The ratios obtained from the coefficients ... called stoichiometric because they can be used to convert moles of one substance to moles of another substance."

Stoichiometry deals with the calculations associated with the mole ratios in the balanced chemical equation.

For instance when we have amounts of substances that are in the mole ratios which match the ratios of the coefficients from the balanced chemical equation, we call those ratios stoichiometric.
