That would be the adult human heart.  
Not really an engineering question, the flow, such as it is, through the capillaries is not much like the flows used in fluid power, and there may be a fair degree of peristalsis going on in some places other than the heart itself, making the claim that he "pump" is forcing fluid through 100,000km of tube dubious.
