Do we have any technology yet that allows us to manipulate gravity, even if it is just a little bit? If so, how far are the advancements in this field? And I'm talking about manipulation like making it 1/2 gravity or 5x gravity or something, not wind tunnels or planes dropping 10,000 feet rapidly. Best answer gets ten points, links are helpful.

No, there is no way to manipulate gravity except via masses or acceleration.

And there is no hint in physics of how to progress in that field.
