Can someone explain it to me? Thanks.

Easy. You have to move the variables around. Like this:

1. Base equation --- d = m / v
2. Solved for 'm' --- m=d*v (multiply by denominator in given equation)
3. Solved for 'v' --- v = m / d (with the above equation, you can divide both sides by d)

Basically simple algebra.
