As far as I'm concerned, cocci species don't have flagella Undecided. In fact, most cocci are non-motile. One rationale for this correlation might be that spherical cells such as the cocci simply do not have the best geometry for directional movement by flagella, unlike more linear bacteria.

Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a coccus-shaped bacteria that possesses pili. I think almost any coccus-shaped bacteria that can clump together do it using fimbria (pili) - mostly gram-negative cocci.

I know that Enterococcus gallinarum has flagella but I'm not sure if it has pili.

That's true, some Enterococci species are motile, but very few - to every rule there is an exception. They do have pili.
