From what i remember, fusion was a clean way to produce energy, so no radioactive materials should be created.

The outer layers of the Sun do not mix with the core, and no particles (except neutrinos) can get out of the core.  All fusion occurs in the core, and as you point out the products of fusion are not radioactive.

The Sun doesn't really emit "radioactive particles" in the sense that the particles are unstable nuclei.  Electrons and light nuclei of hydrogen, helium, etc. are accelerated by non-thermal processes in the upper atmosphere of the Sun, and they can be dangerous even at the Earth, but it's not "radioactivity" per se.

It doesn't.

Are you thinking of the solar wind? That's *charged* particles, not *radioactive* particles.
