1 - The patient with oral ulcerations will be in discomfort. Eating will be difficult if pain management is not achieved. There is no indication the patient is in need of assistive devices. An attractive environment is beneficial for all patients, but is not of the greatest physiological priority for this patient. There is no indication this patient is unable to eat without help.
Don't forget to give me a thumbs up!
