E. graded potentials and saltaltory conduction have nothing to do with eachother. For organelles there is basically only a nucleus. and they are never completely myelinated.

C: may be completely myelinated by the Schwann cells: This is not right, the key word is completely. No neuron is completely myelinated there are gaps between the myelin sheaths which causes saltatory conduction. If the neuron was completely myelinated there would be no conduction of the AP since there would be no nodes of Ranvier. If I were taking this test that is how I would interpret the question and Id choose E.
