Binary fission results in two identical cells. Because the bacteria reproduce so rapidly in certain conditions, it is easy for a very large population of them to form in your body very quickly. Some bacteria will live in the blood stream and get in the way of red blood cells causing tiredness, and blocks oxygen pathway. They make it so that you can't get energy and nutrients from your food, which can cause a lot of symptoms, including tiredness, and a general feeling of being ill.
