Example>>> one is hard pressed to find respectful employers that want employee's to share in the profit pie! It is virtually non-existant in USA.

Then like now the majority gets ignored as if you life existance has the value of a grain of sand.

Yet every existing employer wants you to work for less than what it takes to partake in the current consumer price index!
Who wants to perpetuate this type of non-progressive society?

You better think about this a little longer.  What you perceive as greed is the drive to provide the best for their families.... Without it people would not work long hours or work as hard ... and the result?  Russian socialism where supermarkets are empty.  It is capitalism, where the riches derived from hard work has supplied the american people with so much prosperity.   And you want to wish it away?

I'd vote for it. Sounds like socialism to me, so long as you add common ownership and democratic control of all natural and industrial resources, free access to the benefits of civilization and the freeing of production from the artificial constraints of profit.

Give the wealth to the real producers - the working class - the people who run society  from top to bottom!

Bangs goes waste and want and war!

I am not quite following you.  How exactly do you want to eliminate the "wealthy ruling class" as you call it? That sounds a bit scary.  Most of the wealthy in the U.S. did not start out that way.  There are few Paris Hiltons out there.  I am not an economics professor, but what I have learned in real life is that businesses are not charities.  They are going to want you to work for as little as possible.  When you accept that fact and decide to continue working for them or move on (possibly starting your own business) then you will become a lot less frustrated.

You know, not that I support big business but you people don't have to work for a company that doesn't offer what you're looking for.  I know I don't work for such a company. Start your own business if you don't like the wealthy ruling class. Don't support their businesses.  But Americans are lazy and would rather take the easy way out than actually doing something themselves.
