Serial Dilutions from 3M to 0.1-0.2

Design a dilution scheme to achieve the following aims. Make sure to draw the dilution scheme, include the volume of dilution blanks used, volumes transferred, and the fold dilution that corresponds to the volume transferred.

4. In order to be able to decipher protein structure on StructureSupraX2000, the protein concentration has to be in the range of 0.1-0.2 nM.  You have 3M solution of catalase. Dilute the sample precisely, using the serial dilution technique, such that you will be able to investigate catalase structure with StructureSupraX1000. Sample volume needed for the experiment is 100 µL.
