Energy is stored in every chemical bond. TNT is a larger molecule, affording more bonds to store energy.

Yes hydrogen can explode, small amount, small explosion.
oxygen is needed for all fires
methane burns quite hot,
but TNT has more energy per molecule.

answer D. 2,4,6-trinitrotolune  because the explosive yield of TNT is considered to be the standard measure of strength of bombs and other explosives.
