Let h be the function defined by  h(x) =  f(x)/x

Write the equation of the line tangent to the graph of h at  x = 3.

Well, anyways, if we assume that there is the derivative of h(x) at x=3, then the answer should be:
y-h(3)=h'(3)(x-3). To calculate the exact tangent we need to know the f(x) function.
