You didn't finish your question, but I'd say B. After a cholecystectomy, patients are told to reduce their intake of fats for a few months until their body is used to the reduced amount of bile.

B. Normal fat digestion is affected.

The liver creates/secretes bile, but the gall bladder stores bile, so when you eat a particularly fatty food, the gall bladder can release a large amount of bile to emulsify the fats. The liver can only produce so much bile at a time, so particularly fatty meals (even normally fatty ones) may not be properly emulsified/absorbed by the body.
