It's for a chemistry project. Remember, I'm asking for 2 liquids, not a solid and the 2+ liquids belong to a SINGLE substance. In other words, oil and water won't work. Please help me. I'll give you 10 points for sure if you answer this one right.

I don't understand your question. You want a single household substance but not oil and water. Why not?  It's a very common substance in most households.  A jar of mayo is mostly oil and water, with a solid (mustard) acting as an emulsifying agent. Also salad dressing, but that is a more temporary emulsion.

Milk.
It is a natural emulsion. Can be separated into cream and milk by centrifugation. Butter itself is another emulsion. Moisturizing creams and lotions are emulsions.
