Please help me answer this question, if you want best answer help me answer another question along with the regular question.
During which two seasons is neither hemisphere titled toward the sun?
Why are some constellations only observed during certain seasons?

In spring and fall, each hemisphere is bewteen the summer and winter extremes.  Thus the "vernal equinox" and the "autumnal equinox".

Between the winter and summer solstices your angular orientation changes about 45 degrees, twice the angular declination.  Some things out of view in the winter will appear in the summer, and vice versa.
