Hi -- I'm looking for historical dating information about lactase persistence in the area between modern day Iraq and Egypt. I have plenty of information about Europe, Turkey and points north and west, Africa south and west of Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. But nothing really between Iraq and Egypt. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks --

Thanks, but I'm kind of looking for the contrapositive, lactose tolerance in Arabs, not lactose intolerance in Jews.  The link wanted me to buy the book.
