The patient was unable to swim and fell in the swimming pool. The patient was brought by ambulance to the hospital. The physician ordered furosemide 40 mg administered slow intravenous push because the patient was experiencing clinical manifestations associated with pulmonary edema. The rationale for this is wrong. Dose on hand/dose available (x) the vehicle (ml)
40mg/100mg (x) 10ml= 4
