Huntingtons Disease is an example.  It's Autosomal Dominant Inheritance.  If a father has Hh and a mother has hh, (H being dominant for huntingtons, and h being recessive) then the children would be Hh, Hh, hh, hh.  50% would be positive for Huntingtons, while 50% would not even be carriers.
