A hypothetical rooster produces white, black, and gray roosters.  To determine the inheritance pattern, the following crosses were conducted with the results indicated:

black x black = all black

white x white = all white

black x white = all gray

The inheritance pattern, from the information provided, will be an incomplete-dominance pattern.
A homozygous 'dominant' combination of alleles would result in the expression of the dominant phenotype - if you assume that 'black' is dominant over 'white' (albeit partially), then the progeny of a homozygous dominant cross will be black.

The knee jerk reaction here is to say incomplete dominance. Could be. However , in some chickens,
like Andalusian fowl, a pure black X pure white yields "speckled" black on white feathers which has a bluish/gray appearance. The inheritance here is Co dominance.
There are better definite examples of  incomplete dominance (blending or blended inheritance) than this one.
Challenge this if a test answer is incomplete dominance.
