To perform adequate compressions for a child under 8 years of age:
A) use the ring and middle finger of one hand on the middle of the sternum.
B) place one hand on the midsternum and cover it with the other hand.
C) place the heel of one hand at the imaginary nipple line over the sternum.
D) depress the sternum one-quarter to one-half the depth of the chest.
