I know that transistors require utlist 0.7 base voltage,but how can i find the resistance of the base,so i can make my calculations to find exact resistor,lets say my power source is 12 V....

You are trying to pick a bias point that is relative to the transfer gain of the transistor (Hfe) to the gain which you are looking for in the circuit. This is typical for most transistors, regardless of whether they are current driven (BiPolar) or voltage driven (MOSFET).

Typically a voltage divider or Thevenin equivalent resistor set is used. The link below details how it can be accomplished.
