I know billions have been put into research for Embryonic Stem Cells but if research was made publicly fundably, on an estimation how much money would it take to get somewhere?
How do the 'billions'  compare to the amount of money needed?

its just a matter of chance.
its possible to make a specific anonymous protein which could show a magical effect in stem cell organogenesis with just an electron microscope, analog ADT, chemicals & with $100 in pocket. But it would be just a matter of chance.
but if we have to proceed with procedures, it could take thousands of billion to get any appreciable result.
Thousands of researchers are working with a high pay, using gallons of chemicals everyday. The chemicals which are expensive than Accord car in milliliters.
Its all huge expensive.

(i use to make lot of writing mistakes but still i dont care at all)
