In a randomly mating population of mice, 25.0 of every 100.0 mice have white fur, a recessive trait.

a) calculate the frequency of each allele in the population

b) calculate the genotype frequencies for the population

*** i know that the answer is on this site but i dont get that answer so please dont post the same answer.***

In populations in which commonly first cousin marry, some autosomal recessive disorders such as albinism and phenylketonuria are far more likely than elsewhere.

If the frequency of a recessive allele changes from 0.0001 to 0.01 after several generations, the most probable cause is that
a) a high rate of mutation is involved
b) non random mating is occuring
c) random mating is occuring
d) inbreeding causes the population to increase

thanks
