for biology, i have to make a model of xylem or phloem
how do i got about this ?

Use drinking straws of two thicknesses.  Xylem uses the largest, and phloem uses the smalles.  Just bundle them together.  You might have to use something else for the companion cells of phloem tissue, perhaps short pieces of pipe cleaner
