Or in other words will heavy beer drinking like college drinking effects your body's ability to digest fat from pancreatic enzymes like trpsin pepsin amylase and  lipase etc... Im young 28 male an get bloated have trouble gaining weight and have low energy my theory is not getting enough energy from fat?

The enzymes in your body should regenerate unless your still drinking, yogurt helps replace them to. A visit to the doctor should be able to tell you if its something more serious like an ulcer.
