conentration of bile salts, the longer it will take for the lipid to be digested.  what scientific knowledge can i use to back this up?

There is no scientific knowledge to back your hypothesis, because, according to present knowledge, increased bile salt concentration will increase lipid digestion.
The bile salts have detergent action on particles of dietary fat which causes fat globules to break down or be emulsified into minute, microscopic droplets. Emulsification is not digestion per se, but is of importance because it greatly increases the surface area of fat, making it available for digestion by lipases, which cannot access the inside of lipid droplets. Thus, lipid digestion is increased because of increased action of lipases on the fats.

Sorry.... I still love you though....
