Double green chromosome suggests it is homozygous dominant: 4 out of 10
Single green chromosome suggests it is heterozygous: 4 out of 10.
Double brown suggests it is homozygous recessive: 2 out of 10.

Use the Hardy-Weinberg equation: P2 + 2PQ + Q2 = 1

You simply count each brown allele, you do not count the phenotypes.
