When we say that deviance is relative we mean that 
A) deviance only consists of behaviours and not beliefs. 
B) what we define as deviant behaviour remains constant and never changes from one generation to the next. 
C) there is no formal definition for deviance in any of the nations around the world 
D) deviant behaviour is classified the same universally. 
E) what is regarded as deviant in one society may be accepted or even honoured in another.
