Sorry about the last post, I meant 100 ohm resistors. You can assemble them in any series, parallel, or combination method. I can figure out how to create a circuit with a 147.6 ohm circuit using less than 13 100 ohm resistors.

100X4 and 100X 2 for 400 || 200 = 133.33
 4 x 100 in parallel = 25
3 x 100 in parallel = 33.33
25 || 33.33 = 14.285
133.33 + 14.285 = 147.615

13 total resistors.

This is tricky.

500||209.4 = 147.59
I don't know how to get the 9.4 ohms.
7 resistors and some brass wire?

I give up.
