So, I'm trying to figure out a couple problems.

To make a 1/100 dilution of solution to a final volume of 100 microliters is 1 microliter of solution to 99 microliters of water.
100 microliters of a 1/10 dilution is 10 microliters solution to 90 microliters of water.
(The solution is protein Z)

If 100 microliters of a 1/10 dilution gives Absorbance595 of .7 by Bradford Assay, what is the concentration of protein Z in the diluted sample?

What is the concentration of protein Z in the original undiluted solution? To determine this, multiply the concentration of the diluted solution by it reciprocal of it's dilution factor. In this case the dilution was 1/10, so the reciprocal would be 10.

Protein Z in an enzyme that kills bacteria. If the doctor prescribes 400mg for two weeks, what volume of undiluted protein Z solution would you need per day? CV=M is a useful relationship. c=concentration, v=volume, m=mass...

If you can help with any of them that would be great!
