So yah, I have some ammonia that had an INITIAL concentration of so much. Now, say I diluted that solution 1:10 with water. How would I calculate the new concentration? How does dilution effect concentration? For the future - what would I actually do if something is diluted?

(M1)(V1) = (M2)(V2)
Dilution formula, learned it in chemistry, where M1 is initial molarity, V1 is initial volume (In Liters), M2 is end molarity, and V2 is end volume (In Liters). Just solve for M2
