What can you do to get a better night’s sleep?
a. Try varying the time you go to bed—early one day, late the next.
b. Go to bed quickly, not allowing yourself time to think about your sleep problem.
c. Go to bed at the same time every night and stay there until you fall asleep.
d. Set your alarm clock and wake up at the same time every day.
