In Drosophila, the gene for red eyes is dominant over the gene for white eyes. This is sex-­?linked. Determine the possible genotypic and phenotypic ratios from a cross between a homozygous dominant female and a red eyed male.

when first generation the red eyed fly and white eyed fly was crossed the offspring in the first generation was all red, because its dominant gene
later the offspring of f1 generation is parents are selected and crossed again
the offspring obtained is crossed again then the recessive is expressed.
this is known mendelian genetic explained by laws
