THE ANSWER IS C. Even if a product is high quality, offering unsatisfied customers with a money-back guarantee will help to create trust and help the business make improvements to products based on what customers find to be unsatisfactory. Establishing relationships with other businesses that cater to the same clientele will broaden the base of positive relationships for the business. Responding to suggestions from customers on how to improve services is one of the best ways to improve rapport with customers and clients, especially when other customers or clients are made aware that changes have been made in response to requests from customers. And offering discounts to customers, whether it is a few select customers or to all customers will build rapport with those customers who receive the discounts.
