Hey I am confused on how to get started on this question.

1. Subtract average of counts  obtained in the presence of nicotinic from total and test compounds count to obtain specific bound counts( the counts in tubes to which you did not add test compound represent control specific bound counts).
2. Calculate % specifically bound 3H- bungarotoxin for each concentration of test compounds using the following equation:

%Bound (% specifically bound) = specific counts in presence of test compound / specific control counts.

Where are you finding this difficult? All the numbers you need are in the table you've provided. Isn't it simply plug and play?

Yeah it is though but if you could show me one of the numbers used to put into the equations then I will attempt to do the rest myself.
