B) In order to put plans into action, managers must structure the capital, personnel, raw materials, and other resources to carry out those plans so that the company performs at its highest potential. The location or locations of the business's operations is not a key factor in the establishment of that organizational structure. The nature of the work, the numbers of employees, how much the business is subject to rapid change, and the speed at which decisions need to be made are key factors.
