Hi everyone, first time posting in this category, pretty excited.

I was playing basketball yesterday and I feel I pulled a back muscle right underneath my right shoulder blade. I wouldn't normally complain about something like this, but I'm finding it hard to breath. Every time I take a breath, I feel that back pain, and it's discomforting. I couldn't even sleep last night mainly to due to this discomfort. Anyone know any exercised I could do at the gym to loosen up the tense muscles?

I ran 20 minutes at high intensity today, even though the back was tight and in pain. That loosened things up to do the lat pull downs you recommended. My back is back to normal, thanks a lot for your advice.
