Anatomical Terms

Sorry, I don't know much but, since so one answered I gave it a try. The red ones are these that I am not sure.

1.The heart is intermediate to the lungs.
2.The thumb is proximal to the wrist.
3.The kneecap is distal to the ankle.
4.The nose lies on the ? ? ? surface of the body.
5.The eyes are located lateral to the nose.
6.The ears are situated: I think it's proximal to the head.
7.The upper arm muscle is deep to the skin.
8.The ring finger is located medial or inferior? relative to the thumb.
9.The spine is located medial.   The esophagus is located posterior to the trachea.
