Plot the saturation curve and the Hill plot and determine from the Hill plot :
a.    Hill constant  n
b.   p50
c.   K    apparent dissociation constant for the system

Saturation Curve: x-axis= po2, y-axis = Yo2

Hill plot: x-axis =log po2, y-axis = log {Yo2/1-yo2}

log {Yo2/1-yo2}=n log po2-n log p50

From Hill plot, determine n, p50, K

Can someone show me how to do it manually?

no not really. If I had a solved out solution to a similar problem I would have understood it but unfortunately for me I don't.

Apparently they are supposed to look like this:

From class discussion of how to determine P50 and Hill coefficients for ligand -binding proteins.

But since I haven't done one, I really can't interpret its meaning.
