Ok I have been working on this problem all weekend and can't figure it out!  Can someone please help me!?

2.)Suppose that g is a quadratic function such that g(x)<= only on the intercal -4,2 and g(0)=-10.  Find all values of x such that g(x)=20.  Also, without using a calculator find the minimum value of g(x) or explain why no such value exists.

Yeah long ass problem, and confusing!
